The location of Centurion Hotel Classic Nara Station is perfect for exploring Nara, as it's close to the train station and city center. I loved the flat-screen TV in the room, which made the evenings cozy. Free WiFi and the convenient electric kettle were also nice touches!
The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Convenient location near the train station.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I found debris left under the bed and the carpet looked unkempt. Additionally, the bathroom was cramped with limited space, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Quick review for busy people
Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, this place is ideal for short stays. The breakfast offers a delightful mix of Western and Japanese options. The large beds ensure a comfy night’s sleep, but the rooms can feel a bit cramped for longer visits.

I had a great stay at Centurion Hotel! The location made it super easy to explore Nara. The foot spa was a nice touch after a long day. Breakfast was tasty, especially the a la carte options. Just wished the room was a bit bigger!

The limited space in the bathroom felt restrictive!!! A bit more seating in the rooms would improve comfort during downtime!!! Having more variety in toiletries or improvement in quality would greatly enhance the stay experience!!!

i almost thought this hotel woudl be nice, but the smell of smoke in my room was unbearable, not to mention the cramped bathroom. it’s tragic that, as a traveler of my caliber, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a simple gesture, yet here i am, suffering like everyone else. the breakfast was also dreadfully boring.

Family with kids will appreciate it
The staff went above and beyond for us when we arrived we had a lot of luggage. They offered to bring it right up to our room when it was ready. And the kids loved the cozy little sofa in our room where they could sit and unwind after a long day. The location is just a stone’s throw from the station and this was really convenient for us!
It was a bit pricey but not out of line for what we got.

The stay included many wonderful touches, from a free hot stone foot spa to spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The option for renting additional amenities like a microwave was convenient. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which was an inconvenience. The language barrier with staff could also create some communication challenges, although they were friendly and made an effort. Dining options were satisfying, particularly enjoying regional products during breakfast.

Comfortable beds and helpful staff make for a great stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds were super comfy, and with a large twin bed, I slept like a baby! Plus, the location is perfect for walking to both the Nara train station and the city center, making it easy to explore. One thing I could see improving is the variety in breakfast options, as the Western breakfast wasn’t that appealing.

Enjoyed a great group vacation! The location made it easy to explore the beautiful temples and gardens nearby. Beds were comfy, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. Perfect for unwinding after long days out. Definitely recommend hitting up the Todai-ji Temple for its stunning Great Buddha and a stroll through Nara Park to see the friendly deer!
One downside was that the bathroom was pretty cramped. It felt like a small cube with not much space to move around, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.
